If desired, check Keep a copy to retain a copy of the forwarded email within the email account being managed
Check the Activate mail forwarding box
Click Save Changes when done Additionally, you can configure email forwarding to third-party addresses, such as Gmail, by entering the desired external email address in the forwarding field.

Select the type of forwarding to use:
Send on behalf of this Account: If this option is selected, forwarded email, once received at its destination, will appear to be from this email account.
Keep the Original sender Address: If this option is selected, forwarded email will appear to be from the original sender
Send unchanged Copy: If this option is selected, not only with the email appear to be from the original sender but message header information is also left untouched. This method of forwarding is generally the preferred option.
Click Apply in the top right If you wish to disable email forwarding, simply toggle off the forwarding options and save your changes. This ensures all emails remain in your Webnames.ca mailbox.
