Password Reset Process
Provide either:
A domain name you have registered through Webnames.ca, or
Your Webnames account username.
A password reset email will be sent to the email address of the corresponding Webnames.ca account.
If the email address associated with your account is unknown or is no longer accessible, please contact us for further assistance.
Additionally, ensure that you have access to the email address associated with your Webnames.ca account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
PLEASE NOTE: For security purposes, your account will be locked after ten unsuccessful login attempts. If your account becomes locked, please contact Webnames Support for assistance.
To regain access to your account, follow these steps:
Contact Webnames.ca support and request that they unlock your account.
Once your account has been unlocked, you will receive a password reset email at the email address associated with the account.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access.
